We just had our old driveway ripped out and the base laid today. I will update my review after the asphalt is laid and again after we’ve had an opportunity to see how it holds up.

Pat is friendly and knowledgeable. After getting a few estimates, I feel like he priced the job very fairly. He responded very professionally when I got a bit snippy over an unexpected change we needed to make. He was very accommodating and took the time to satisfy all my desires. He was very clear and communicative, explaining every part of the process and all the decisions he was making.

His crew was also kind. I was moving a few heavy blocks near where they were working and they helped.

I made a last minute request to have them remove an asphalt pathway and fill in a small ditch and Pat really went the extra mile.

We just had PDS Home Improvement do our driveway and they did a great job, everything was done as expected and the driveway looks great. The crew came on time and worked quickly and efficiently, they were done in one day (as Pat said they would be). They did the little things (cleaning up, putting things back, etc.) that made this a great job. Well done Pat!! They weren’t the cheapest, neither expensive…but the quality is worth the price i paid for.

Our paving on our driveway, walkway, and patio is actually better than I expected based on the timeline we gave Pat. I needed our project done before an event we were hosting at our home and the PDS’s team worked very quickly and under a tight timeline while maintaining the quality of work. An A+ job. We will be using Pat for all of our future asphalt and brick paving needs and we would highly recommend them!

Just had PDS Home Improvement redo my driveway. The driveway was widened, they installed Belgian block, and laid out new asphalt in one day. Pat kept me informed with daily email reports. I couldn’t be happier with the work completed!!

Pat and his team were amazing from the 1st call. He came out quickly, provided an estimate on the spot and his price was reasonable. Told me what he wanted to do, when he was going to do it and when he was going to be done. He kept his word, showed up on time, was efficient and was finished when he said he would. A truly great experience . His team is very professional, respectful and left the whole area clean. I highly recommend PDS Home Improvement, in an era when you can’t get contractors to even call back Pat was very easy to get a hold of, answered all our questions and kept us involved along the way to make sure we were happy with what he was doing as he progressed.

I had a chimney leak that no one could figure out. I had PDS Home Improvement come over and do a thorough inspection. Pat the owner came out and was able to figure out what was going out right away. His workers came the following week did the work and the leak finally stopped. The work took 3 days with very complicated scaffolding set up over my slate roof. I was very impressed with their operation and happy with the work provided.

We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards.

The owner, Pat, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Pat was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions.

Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and move it back.

When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny, though, went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with PDS Home Improvement, but especially Pat, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!

An overall great experience. Pat came out and was very thorough and helpful in setting up a plan to fix my water issue in my basement. He was extremely informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. He stayed in touch throughout the entire process and answered all my questions.

The crew arrived on time and completed the work extremely quick. They were professional, thorough, and very clean. I had some concerns about existing walls and doors as my basement was originally finished. They worked around everything saving most of my existing work which I couldn’t be more thankful for. They were also able to do the project a month earlier than my original date as they had a last minute opening!

After the project was complete they gave me a complete detail of what they did and how everything works. I am confident that my water issues are over thanks to them. I highly recommend contacting PDS Home Improvement from all your basement needs. You won’t be disappointed!

I was referred to PDS Home Improvement when looking to get my driveway done and was very happy with the professionalism and quality of work. Pat and his team are Great! Not only were they the best quote, but did an outstanding job!

I had a great experience hiring PDS Home Improvement to replace our asphalt driveway. Pat was quick to respond to my request, came out the next day for an estimate, and had me on his schedule within a week. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently to complete the asphalt paving!

I had my driveway capped by someone working in the neighborhood which was a big mistake. The cap was uneven in spots due to poor rolling so water will pool. It sloped towards the garage so any heavy rain would flood the garage (see picture). He even buried my gutter into the asphalt! I got him to come back to fix the gutter but the rest was a lost cause.

I contacted PDS Home Improvement with my flooding issue. Pat gave me a fair quote and showed up with his team a couple of days later.

They were very proficient and professional. I pointed out a few areas to be careful of and Pat made sure his team was aware. They tore out the entire driveway and properly sloped it so water will drain into the street as it should. It was properly rolled and compacted so the surface is even. They made sure there was no loose asphalt laying around especially on my patio and the neighbor’s lawn.

I was impressed by the attention to detail and clean up. I would recommend using Pat and his team for your paving needs!

PDS and its team were amazing ! I have been looking for someone to pave my driveway for almost 2 years. I gave them a call and they were at my house a couple hours later giving me an estimate. The pricing was awesome… the crew arrived the following week… one day to rip out old and grade and the next day to pave. Highly recommend PDS Home Improvement!

We needed maintenance on our roofs and it turned out that the flashing needed to also be addressed which were causing these small random leaks. Patrick and his crew gave an honest roof assessment for our property and completed the work in a day and half. He stressed doing it right the first time is the best way to do a job. Patrick from PDS Home Improvement was very professional and pleasant. He called en route with his ETA and was courteous and competent during the service call. He pointed out a potential issue with soil pressure on our walls and explained how it could be resolved. The service was performed quickly and the area was clean when he left. I intend to use PDS Home Improvement again in the future and would recommend them for anyone seeking basement waterproofing solutions.

I am very happy that I chose PDS Home Improvements to handle my roof repair. Patrick was knowledgeable and professional, and I always got a timely response when I called or texted. After I contacted them, they came the next day to give a free estimate. They also inspected the roof and found more damage that needed repair, documenting everything with high quality photos and videos so that I could clearly see all of the problem areas. The pricing was reasonable. When I was ready to schedule the work, they came within a few days and got the job done, matching up the replaced areas to the existing roof. I will definitely use them again if I need more roof work.

Pat and his team did a fantastic job. I have a rather large horseshoe driveway which required extensive work. All of the old asphalt was removed, the subsurface was properly graded, and a new layer of asphalt was fully layed down. The PDS team was attentive to concerns I had with known problem areas. Kudos for an amazing job!

I called PDS Home Improvement when rain water started pooling on my roof. They responded and came over to inspect the roof on the same day. They explained the nature of the problem, their plan to resolve it, and gave a quote that I found fair. On the scheduled day the crew arrived on time and worked hard to complete the job in one day. I appreciated a detailed walk-through once the job was finished supplemented with numerous pictures exposing the problem area and showing the fix. So far we are pleased with our basement drainage system and new sump pump installation. They arrived in time with a phone call 1/2 hour before and completed the job in one day as promised. There was some dust throughout the first floor but that was expected and anything in the basement was covered by the crew before work began. They worked fast and had respect for my home which is important to us. I would definitely recommend them.

I cannot express enough how professional and exceptional quality of work Patrick, and his crew portrayed. From determining the layout and pitch of the driveway to the actual pouring of cement and asphalt, and placement Belgium blocks and piping for a sprinkler system- the men were prompt and were non-stop. They did a Fabulous job. I love looking at our driveway now for prior it was all crumbling and not draining to the street properly. I would highly recommend this crew for any cement and asphalt needs
